Thumncu (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2013 with a vision to excel in quality service delivery. We actively support and drive economic empowerment through recruitment and training to assist bridge the social and financial imbalances of our society.

As a 100% black owned and proudly empowered company, Thumncu is managed by Nqobile Thusi and

Mafika Thusi, whose approach is a very hands-on and proactive leadership with a lot of focus on team work, that is complemented by the expertise and skills drawn from qualified employees with extensive experience in the Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction and Property Development sectors.

Nqobile spearheads the non-core technical services provided by the company as well as the administrative functioning of the business. Her strong human resources background ensures a cohesive work environment as well as strategic insight in terms of recruitment, compensation, training, labour relations and client relationship management.

Mafika is the head of all technical services offered by Thumncu. As an accomplished registered professional electrical engineer and a highly experienced project manager, Mafika has directed efforts towards the delivery of value-adding services for Thumncu’s Clients, with the drive for Thumncu to be the preferred quality service provider.

The company’s commitment to offering quality services with a sense of urgency has helped establish strong business relationships in both the public as well as the private sector.
